Chunky Monkey
Last time I went back home, my mom had gotten me an icecream maker. Tried it out this weekend, and ended up with a pretty damn good result..
In my efforts to boycott US products, I've been forced to stop buying "Ben & Jerry - Chunky Monkey" - Chocolate-chip/banana flavored icecream..
Recipe for "Chunky Monkey ala mich":
5 egg yolks
100gram of sugar
1/2L of Cream
1Tbsp of Vanilla Sugar
2 Bananas
50g of dark chocolate
Whip the egg yolks together.. and the sugar, vanilla sugar and the cream. Whip it together, and take your time to make it completely liquid.
Chop the bananas into smaller pieces and add them to the mix, and whip it together with a blender - until there are no "pieces of banana" left. Finally, chop or grate the chocolate into small pieces, and add it to the mix.
Pour the mix into the machine, and let it do its magic for about 20 minutes - and voila !

Citrix
We are currently migrating old our users from Citrix Metaframe 1.8 to fast'n'dandy Citrix Presentation Server 3.0 Load-Balanced serverfarm - it's good stuff.. Hopefully, the increased processor power, will accommodate our users and all their excel/outlook/word shit..
On the old setup we used Uniprint, to handle printing - and apparently this is no longer needed on Presentation Server 3.0.. Normally using the generic Citrix printer drivers, should we sufficient - however one of our HP printers has addon stuff (such as extra trays) - and the generic driver can't handle that. So, it looks like we have to install the HP driver.. Last time I installed a HP driver on a Metaframe server, the thing blue-screened, and we were without metaframe for over a week...

Busy as hell
I'm neglecting the blog a bit, but I'm just too damn busy to write something semi-interesting. We are still struggling with our new CRM system. It's like an onion, the more layers you peal off the more it stinks !
Also, we are setting up a new citrix server farm.. It's actually coming along nicely. Doing last configs now, and hopefully tomorrow or Friday people will be able to logon..
