Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Croque Monsieur:: DONE!


Man this is a good sandwich:

- smoked salmon
- cream cheese
- chives
- lemon juice
- gruyere cheese
- (optional) caviar
- salt and pepper
- sliced bread

the recipe comes from Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Heaven".
